hi there - sorry to hear you've had such a tough year.
Most of the chapels can offer you a religious element to your ceremony - once you've chosen your venue, give them a call and ask if they accommodate the candle-lighting ceremony.
Try the website below that lets you search every chapel in Vegas by cost (under the Wedings link). Also, try the online magazine that has an article about venues suitable for small parties.
Good luck!

What is "break the bank"? Most casinos will have small but beautiful wedding packages. The Bellagio's smallest package is 30 minutes of time and a ton of extras, for $1500.
THE AMORE PACKAGE
Available Monday through Thursday Only
10am-5pm Only
One Half Hour of Chapel Time (East Chapel Only)
Officiant
Mixed Floral Bouquet with Matching Boutonniere
Personalized Ceremony Video (VHS Version)
A Bottle of Sparkling Wine
Bellagio’s Jean Philippe Maury Signature Beige Purse of Hand Made Gourmet Chocolate Almonds
Custom Bellagio Wedding Certificate
Wedding Music (C.D. / Audio Selection)
One Hour of Photography Time (Inclusive of Chapel Time)
Thirty Images (30 shots)
1 (8x10) and 2 (5x7) Enlargements
Proof Sheets
Low Resolution CD of all Images
Complimentary Express Mailing of Enlargements
$1500.00 (Including tax)
Other hotels will probably have similar packages and may be even less expensive.
Good luck in your search and congratulations on your upcoming marriage! : )

Many of the casinos have chapels as well. My husband and I were recently married at the Texas Hotel and Casino. They have a beautiful chapel and a wedding coordinator that took care of our every wish. Good Luck to you!

I am very sorry for all of your losses. What a hard time for you. I wish I had a good answer, I just know that there are chapels on every corner, so just walk around and find one that works best.
Okay, I know my answer stinks, I just wanted to let you know how awful I feel for you. Take care and God Bless.

Just Google "wedding chapels in Las Vegas", and start making phone calls. We got married at the Cupid wedding chapel close to the strip, it was affordable, and it was just the two of us. We brough our own video and still cameras, and had them take pictures and video. It was very laid back, we didn't feel "rushed" at all. Congrats, and sorry for your losses. :(
