This one is funny! It's actually "Fånt ja e körv så huppä ja i älva". It's Swedish dialect for "If I can't have a sausage, I'll jump into the river". In non-dialect Swedish it would be "Får jag inte en korv så hoppar jag i älven". It's a song - Köppäbävisan. Weird, I know! Back in 1981 a Swedish music teacher, Bengt Pegefelt, decided to write a song for his pupils, with a nonsense text in the very special local dialect. The song was silly and special enough to be a crazy success all over Sweden at the time. It's become kind of a cult classic.

It goes like this:

It was afternoon in Köppäbä [dialect for Kopparberg]
and I was here and there
I was up and down and in and out
in Köppäbä

[Refrain:]
If I can't have a sausage, I'll jump into the river,
If I can't have a sausage, I'll jump into the river,
If I can't have a sausage, I'll jump into the river,
in Köppäbä.

...oh, well, enough already! It doesn't get better than that. But here is the full text in Swedish.
