I'm kinda shy to ask out girls, but im a normal guy, a lot of girls talk to me, but they have never aske ME out...and I feel like we could've had something...is it normal for a girl to ask out a guy, or should I ALWAYS have to do it?

Women do it all the time. I've been asked out several times. They tend to do it if the guy is too shy and misses his window of opportunity to ask. You should ask her, but if you don't do it right away, she might ask you.

Here's the deal Sam,
Girls want you to ask them out, It gives them the power of saying yes or no. They also want you to be the man. Not the a$$ that you think I'm talking about, but the sensitive guy that takes care of business when he needs to. Everybody else is just as intimidated as you are. If you show them that you can make a bold move (and not seem like a jerk) they will reward you by saying yes when you ask them out. We've all been where you are Sam. Man up, give them what they want and life will seem a lot easier.

Asking someone out is really overrated, but as a guy, I never ask anyone out. What usually happens is I hang out with the girl outside of school a lot... When she's ready to get more involved, she'll give me signs. You don't need the label of boyfriend/girlfriend in order to have a relationship and have some fun.
I wish girls showed their true feelings to guys more often, but it doesn't happen. Sorry!

Generally guys are supposed to do the asking. Ask girls you like to go out and meet a group of people for something fun. In the winter at most schools they have a Sadie Hawkins (where the girls ask the guys) just hope she asks you to that.
The guy is expected to do the askng though.

it is soooo normal..take it from me..i am a girl and i alwasy ask guys out.. because how will you know if they like you if you don't make the move...or you just need to show this girl or these girls that you are more then a friend..and i am sure they will notice and will ask you out...
or say this happens......"the girl comes up and is like hey! ummmm so do you think we would ever be a good couple.."
that means she into you but shy as well..so that would mean you would need to break the ice and ask her.. but then they are some girls who are just plain blunt and step and ask you.. but if those don't work then i am afarid you will have to do the hard work and ask them yourself..

YES perfectly normal, we're living in a new generation. But there are still some girls who prefer to be asked out by guys.

I NEVER ask a guy out. You know why? because whenever in the past I liked a boy and I asked him to hang out, he took it as I just wanted to sleep with him. Which was not it at all. Girls like to be asked out and be pursued. You gotta take the chance and ask them.

Now a days, anything goes. If I was attracted to a guy, and I wanted to be in his company, I think I would ask him out for a coffee or something. There isnt any rules in the game of love. Just play, and I hope you win.

its not unusall for a girl o ask a guy out but it is more normal when the guy asks the girl out cuz then she feels wanted and if she has to ask the guy out chances are sooner or later shes gonna ask y u didnt ask her out and then you have to think of something smart because it could cause you ur relationship
