Are my you-know-whats big enough, does he like me, does he like my girlfriend, he said blah, blah and more blah, what does he really mean? When I read some of these questions, I now know why they say "Youth is wasted on the young". I don't care about wrinkles, I'm just glad I don't care so much anymore , how about you?

good point Shauna: I do the same, kids need an objective adult to get info from, other than Mom and Dad. I'm not making fun of just breathing a sigh of relief from my teenage years

I agree, when you are young everything seems like such a big deal, boys/girls, looks, clothes, parents, gossip etc. When you get older you realize that what matters is happiness, your good friends hanging out with family etc. it is nice to realize that it is what is inside that counts not what people think.

Youth is so beautiful..deeply lovingly beautiful.

The wonder, the idealism, the joy

Oh how I envy the young and so do you my friend.

How great it is to still look forward..to still care.

What mystery lies ahead of those who still have their youth.

And as we age still we glance back with a longing look

At days when we really thought we knew the truth.

Grudge them not their youth these great rulers of tomorrow.

Despise not the young minds that enen now want to change the world

Their music will make the world dance.

Their song will make the winter of our lives sweeter.

And war with it's death and disaster is not of their making.

Such global and national rape and plunder is the work of older

ones who see no joy any more and have totally lost their youth.

I like to read about younglove _ hey remember what

it was like? Even though Im a senior I still can feel

the pain of a teen age girl being dumped by a callous

young stud. The thrill of moonlight walks hand in hand.

That first kiss --- Come on lets have more of young

love////////

I wholeheartedly agree. But I do like to help the kids with some of those questions, because I know I could have used the help back then!

I agree. I read all the crap, and wonder if I was like this as a teenager. We get too soon old, and too late smart. It will be like that till the end of time. We all had our day.
