All of my friends say that when they were like 8 they had a boyfriend that would come over to there house all the time. Can I consider this a boyfriend...
When I was 8 this boy would always come over to my house and we would hug and play games. Can I consider this a boyfriend like all my friends do so I don't feel left out?

You could, I suppose. But you shouldn't have to do that just to fit in, or not feel left out. 8 is way too young for a 'boyfriend' anyways, so I imagine all of them are making it up. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
