I think you might misunderstand the term "born again". It come from Johns Gospel :

Joh 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. (KJV)

It means that we are once born "physically" and again in Christ, "spiritually". We become "born again" by placing our faith and belief in Jesus and the work that He has done on the cross for us and repenting of our sin that placed Him there.

The phrase "born again" was first uttered by Jesus to a Jewish leader. It refers to physical v. spiritual birth, not a second spiritual birth.

Well, there are those Jews, who do not believe in Jesus at all. But believe in God. What she experienced was when she reached whits end, she saw the light @ the end of the tunnel. She found that Jesus is real, & that He is who He says He is. I hope you understand this and come into the same relization.

There are many jewish believers in Jesus!
Many!
They call themselves Messianic Jews.
Did you know there is over 300 prophecies in the old test foretelling Jesus? And they ALL came true if one just looks at the evidence.

No. Born again refers to being born of flesh (physical birth) and born of the spirit (born again, spiritual birth). So, being born again refers to the point where you first believe in Jesus as the Christ (the anointed one of God).
