This question has a simple answer, your are not supposed to know when your bf purposes, it is supposed to be a surprise, like OMG I can't believe he is doing this, ya know. When he purposes he wont care what you wearing, I mean for all you know he could purpose to you when your in your kitty cat pajama's or something.
