Sorry! You need to have access to military sats or CIA/spy sats for that! Google earth wont give you real time or the resolution that your after. Better with a trip in a hot air ballon!

There are no public sites or tools currently available to get *live* results -- Google Earth and Microsoft Virtual Earth use old data. To get what you're asking for, either (1) work for the government, (2) join the military, or (3) wait many years for the technology to come to the public realm.
