You need to file your tax return even if you did not recevive w2. You can use Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2. You use this form to come up with estimate of the taxes, Later if you find the taxes are different, then file 1040x the amended return. You can call IRS for assistance at 800-829-1040

Always try to get w2 as some taxes might have been withheld from your paycheck and you need it back right ?

You should report all income you earned. If they didn't send you a W-2, use your last pay stub.
