My 3yr old loves noodles and pasta. Trouble is that one of her favourites are chicken super noodles - the ones you put in a pan with hot water and add the little sachet to. As much as she loves these, I don't like her to have them too often because they are not particularly healthy (I've never let her try a pot noodle because she'd probably want one every day). Does anyone know how I can recreate that chicken noodle taste but by using my own ingredients?

Chicken and Noodles recipe
This was my favorite as a child. It is now a family favorite with my family.
6 Servings
4 Boneless Chicken breast
4 tablespoon Flour
Chicken stock cube dissolved in a pint of water
Milk
8 ounces Wide Egg Noodles
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
4 tablespoon Butter
Cook chicken with chicken flavoring and save broth. Take out 2 Cups chicken broth and set aside. Boil noodles in remaining liquid. Melt 4 T butter and add mixture of 4 T flour with enough milk to make liquid. Pour flour mixture through a strainer into the melted butter. On med-high heat bring it to a boil. Immediately pour in 2 C Chicken broth. Stir with a whisk until thick and bubbly. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, chicken and noodles and mix together.

I make a very quick noodle soup for my children as i think the same as you that they are not very healthy,so buy a tin of clear chicken soup add the noodles not to many because as you know they swell up i would say 1 good hand full, bring to the boil turn the heat down to a simmer for 10 minutes,do the same with pasta hope this helps.
