i like this boy, hes so cute and i dont know if he likes me back. ive talked to him, he has the body language, and he even licks his lips. today i told him i had something to tell him. he got all excited and i was trying to be mysterious and i told him ill tell him later. he was getting all excited and begging me to tell him! what does this mean. also he always stares. does he like me? hes too shy to go for it so should i? PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!

Maybe he licks his lips cause they are dry.
To determine weather he likes you, just watch his reactions as you do the following:
Walk up to him and tell him that you are finally ready to tell him what he wants to hear. Offer him some chapstick and walk away.
If his reaction is of utter shock and dismay, then he likes you.
If he just laughs then he didnt like you.
Go ahead......try it out.
