Get it trimmed regularly to get dead ends, keep in conditioned and eat lot's of protein, take herbal supplements like omega 3, a multi vitamin and eat more fruits and vegetables. Good luck!

Row it up and grease it every other day. I know corn rows are ethnic but they make the face stand out more. As long as they aren't some ghetto Rahsheeka dookie braids...its professional and classy. I love cornrowing my hair up and then wearing a suit...its a way to encourage being natural! Also try gel twists which are super sexy girlie or cut your hair into a style and then get it trimmed every two months like 1/4 inch trims. The least amount of maintenance will make ur hair grow faster although I used to relax my hair once a month but wash it every other day and it would grow super duper fast! Good luck!!

Always keep it moisturized...but not too much......dirty hair grows, so dont wash for about 2 weeks, then wash and condition......it wont split or break as easy if you wear braids....but micro braids will break it, so get like medium sized. Always keep it wrapped at night, but dont have it in a ponytail, just have it out, cause if you move around alot, the hair can break around the hair tie. And dont forget to trim, you ends every month or every other month...Hope I helped!

Go to your local grocery or discount type store and get yourself some Biotin from the vitamin isle. It helps your hair and nails grow a bit faster and healthier. Also use a mild shampoo and don't forget to condition. If your hair is processed, you might consider a deep conditioner once a week. Avoid flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers whenever possible.

Wrap your hair every night, grease your scalp after every wash, wash your hair every four days, NEVER use heat on your hair without first applying a cream or moistuizer and combing through, get a trim every four months at least, and don't put in tight braids, weaves or tracks EVER. Good luck hon!

try not to use alot of heat and harsh chemical based products.. avoid products w/ alcohol.. use a hot oil treatment or deep conditioner.. to treat your scalp try dr miracle's i just started using it abt a week ago and its pretty good it helps keep the new growth protected.. also another thing u can do is in stead of using hair grease and a hair lotions try olive oil.. this link gives you a recipe u can try for ur hair.. u dont HAVE to mix it with anything though u can use just straight up olive oil.. ive actually done this and it worked

figure out what works for your air .. to much attention to it ..is not good .stick to a simple regimen and be patient .. they say trimming is good but i dont do it .. braiding is good ..going natural is even better cause your hair is short .. you could grow it out for like 6 months and then cut off the permed parts

Avoid dye and relaxers, avoid products with alcohol, condition very well every time you wash it, wrap it with a silk scarf/sleep on a satin pillow (prevent breakage) and don't overload it with heavy products. For each one of these your hair will be a little more healthy...
