All around that area (the panty line and inside as well) you do have sweat glands. They can become inflammed at times - some times small - some larger.
I would get really bad along the panty line - so bad that they end up doing what they called a *left groin disection* - basically they removed the sweat glands on the one side to stop the very bad eruptions I was having. Sometimes its a family trait - my Mother use to get them as well - also inside her. And my father would get them in his armpit. There is a medical term for the condition but at this moment I can't think of it. But yours doesn't sound like this at this time.
So basically - yes you can get pimples down there just watch to see if thats all it is.

Sweets, you can get a pimple anywhere there is skin. However I would have it checked just to be on the safe side because of where it is. You don't want to ignore it and it be something other than an STD, but the big "C." Not meaning to scare you, but better safe than bigger problem later.

This usually occurs when you are either not completely clean (bath-wise), sweat a lot, are constipated or eat a lot of fatty foods.
If you bathe but miss a spot or two, don't be suprised. Build up of sweat in certain areas will contribute to this kind of thing. Also, if you don't defecate often enough, your body simply recycles waste back into your body via the blood. You can imagine what happens when you sweat "that" out. Fatty foods will usually make you more susceptible to clots under your skin as a result of the first three things I mentioned.

No need to worry. As long as you haven't been anywhere questionable. Pimple or ingrown hair..either way it's a delicate area...I feel your pain. Try some neosporin or any generic triple antibiotic cream. One with pain relief, preferably! Good Luck..it's hell being a woman!

Where exactly down there? I sometimes get pimples where my undies rub along the crease of my inner thighs. Other than that, not sure.

lol yes. it's a pimple don't worry. i've talked to my girls & a lot of them had been through the same. eat fruits, drink more water, eat less oily or fried food, in about a few days, it'll go away & it'll stop hurting
