found the thin AMP New Testament so far. I'd prefer the entire Bible. Thanks.

Gonna be hard as the AMP has so many added words to try to explain the sense of some passages. It's like a thesaurus was used in the translation.

Even divinely inspired literature has physical limits. The more you put in a book, the more space it will take, unless you shrink the type or the page thickness. Eventually the type will be too small to read, or the pages will be too thin to keep from tearing, or the type will show through the transparent pages. You want a pocket sized Amplified Bible? Good luck!

Hey, maybe there's an electronic version. You'll have to get a reading device for it of course, but an e-book might actually solve your problem.

All Catholics are Christians. yet no longer all Christians are Catholic ;) think of of Christianity as a large united states and assorted denominations as states. there is Catholic, Baptist, seventh Day Adventist, Anglican and on and on and on and on. like various Californians are American, yet no longer all individuals are Californians! you will hear some crabby people going around asserting Catholics are not Christian by using fact they do in comparison to what the Catholics have self belief. So this is confusing.

Have you tried putting scissors to Bible? You can make it small enough to fit in your purse!! lol... OR, you can just cut and paste your favourite parts into a scrap book.

Sorry, i dont know... dont give up Googling it though, theres gotta be a copy of it somewhere... have you tried eBay? Wish i could help more. Good luck. x

Well, it can only be so thin with so many pages. Once you throw in all that extra explanation, you can't expect it to be very thin. Perhaps you can find separate OT and NT.

Just get a regular Bible and tear out most of the pages and it will be thin. Then, use a yellow maker and mark everything and it will be amplified.

I hope you find what you are looking for.
I'm sorry I don't know where to find one.
If you want to read it you can go to Biblegateway.com ,it has alot of different translations including the Amplified Bible.
Keep looking if there is one you will find it eventually.

Ask at your local Bible bookshop, they should be able to tell you if one is commercially available and the price of it.
