The VW Beetle is already girly enough. Seriously, what kind of stuff do you like? Do you like certain music groups, etc. Don't make it necessarily more "girly," make it "you."

Paint it hot Pink! Get the puffy flowers from the dealership, and if you can find the stuffed beetles, put them in the backseat.
Personally I think the car already has a lot of Girl Power. I love mine, she might be girly but she can hang with the boys.

Go to the mall and go to HotTopic or Claire's or Icing. Sometimes Aeropostle has stuff like that. Have fun with that.
