Why is it when LEGAL US citizens want to defend their language, culture, customs, economy, environment, jobs, country, etc.---we are called "racists". However, when any other group expresses the same feelings/concerns-- and does the same thing--, it is called "cultural pride".

We are discriminated against all the time. What about the illegal alien college students that get in-state/free tuition when citizens don't there are soldiers returning from Iraq and don't get the in-state tuition but someone that breaks the law does - is that fair?
If I complain that the illegal aliens are criminals, which they are because they are breaking the law, I am called a racist. I don't care if they are from Mexico, England, Canada or Egypt. If they are here ILLEGALLY they are not suppose to be here.
I'm sick of the protests and the demands for a memoritorian against deportations. They don't have rights because they aren't citizens. GO HOME ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINALS.

I do also agree with what someone else has posted on here, now you are free (legal citizen) to defend what you want, but rest assured that you wanted to come to this country for a reason right? Why is that? Was it because of the Freedom? For the Jobs? So then to come to this country, and valve this country is what happens when you have a mass of people that take pride in this country. You can love your culture and everything about it, but don't turn you cheek on American, she will bite back. Not sure why its considered "Racist" there is a fine line from Lady Liberty.

The word Illegal implies a crime. If you smoke weed, this is illegal. Technically, you are an illegal if you are drinking underage, or driving under the influence.
The people coming into America are undocumented. This is different from being illegal. They are working class, or underpriveleged human beings, without documents.
US citizens are of mixed heritage, all of us, and this is a country that was built on many waves of immigration.The first wave of immigrants were europeans, who eventually wiped out native americans.They forced migration of Africans, and used just about any one for economic gains, while claiming that all people were created equal.
US citizens should take both pride and shame in the history of this country, and defend a vision of a less hypocritical, more welcoming society.
Face it, you eat pizza, chineese food, and sushi at times. You've walked down china town, or Little Italy, or some enclave. This is an immigrant country. The true Natives Americans can confirm that.

Everyday, I hear this speech. Every day that we try and speak our minds that we are consider to be a racist.. WE are simply defending our rights (what is left), Defending our nation. Knowing what is right, and we are not sitting back letting this country going down.
Why should someone from another country have a better paying job then I do? Why cuz we can not discriminate against them. But it is OK for another blue collar worker here in Michigan to be laid-off

I don't care where you live....a 35 year old man marrying a 12 year old girl is wrong. What in the world do you have in common? Did you want a ready made family all in one person? A child wife? Disgusting. What kind of parents would agree to this relatioship? Yes, you will be stared at unless you treat her like she is your daughter and not your wife. I do think you are a pedophile hiding behind another country's marriage license. You had better check with the US embassy or lawyer or someone who knows if you can be arrested here in the states before you bring her here.

illegal immigrant = in a country without legal permission.
Get a clue from the definition - no race or national origin matters just the fact it is against the law.
I love everyone that screams that by wanting illegals out of the US , I have to hate Mexicans or be a racist.
Ignore the facts that with an open ,flowing border anyone from anywhere can be entering for any illegal reason they can dream up.

yes,,,, i feel that LEGAL citizens ( yes I'm not confused on the word,,lol,,,) are being discriminated against whether u are white,black,or Hispanic CITIZENS... what i have strong opinions on is the fact that because ever one is sick of illegals in this country that LEGAL deserving Hispanics in this country are discriminated against the most.... not to say that white and black people aren't this is just my opinion, u don't have to agree,,,, but be for real, LEGAL Mexicans get more negativity simply because they are Mexican,,, you see a group of Mexicans at the grocery store and u automatically say "oh there illegal" in my opinion its the legal Mexicans ans Muslims who are discriminated against the most..... and id like to tell you that i agree with you on most of what you have to say, but then i have different views on some,, but over all i really respect your answers and questions....

The establishment is on your side. You're just looking to make petty issues of things that barely affect you! We celebrate all aspects of your culture, learn your language, your history. Now, if you feel threatened because the laws aren't being followed, THAT is a different issue.

More and more U.S. citizens (both born here and LEGALLY immigrated citizens) are feeling the exact way you do. The momentum is building within the citizenry of the U.S. .. people are mad and will make sure amnesty NEVER happens. Take steps to report any and all businesses that hire illegal aliens. Take steps to report any and all illegal aliens you see taking an American's job. They're days are numbered.
