E-mail...or the old fashioned way. Write it out...put it in an envelope with a stamp...address it and mail it.

.If you use electronic, then open a Yahoo or Gmail account, Not the receiver must have an email account too.
.You can fax your letter too.
.You can text message with cell phone
.You can upload a letter file to a web server, and the receiver download it.
.You can hand the letter in person too.

Are you serious? It's easy. You write a letter, get an envalope, then you write the adress on the envalope, and bring it to the post office.
