Probaby the best stress relief is having sex. But yoga out in the country is good, too. Or put some good music on and read a good book.

Believe it, or not, blowing soap bubbles works. You can't blow a decent bubble when your breathing is labored.
The reason it works is:
1) It forces you to slow your breathing, 2) watching the bubbles float takes your focus away from your troubles, and 3) it's really cool to watch people freak out if you're blowing bubbles from a window of a nine-story apartment building.

I would have to say sex... There are other things though like taking a nice hot bath or i love going on walks by myself.. Take yourself shopping... I would have to say sex is going to be the # 1 though!!

Lock yourself in your room and put a cool/warm cloth on your forehead/eyes, Soak in a nice warm bath or sex is a good one.
