Why is it considered wrong for men to hit women who hit them? Are they not equals to men?

I dont consider it wrong.. I'll deck anyone that hits me first.. regardless of gender.. Its my policy..

Watch Judge Judy sometime, she has absolutely no sympathy for a woman who gets hit after she initiated it. If you hit someone you should expect to be hitten back regardless of gender, being a woman doesn't stop you from being hit if you are beating the crap out of a guy, people are going to defend themself, and trust me there are plenty of extremely strong women out there that could kick my ***! No playin the "but women are weak and fragile" card, whatever a lot of women are stronger than a lot of men

I think it's wrong for a man to hit a women, but I also think it is equally wrong for a woman to hit a man. Violence is never the answer.
