Yeah, I'm in a similar boat with them. It's not like they "won't give it to you" as much as they don't really have a way to get it to you.

Neteller has recently lost much of its EFT, ATM, and check capacities. For example, checks issued by Neteller aren't being honored in the United States. So that option's out. Also, their providers of EFT and ATM services have dropped out. They say that EFT's should be sent in 4-6 weeks, but who knows when it'll be operational.

Your best option, if you have it, is to transfer your money to a friend who has a Neteller account and lives in Canada/UK/elsewhere. They are still able to withdraw to their banks and to gaming sites. Then have the friend send you the money some other way (write a check, transfer $ to an online gaming site that you can still withdraw from, etc.). I think it costs like 2% but it's probably worth it. I know many poker players who have done this, and I'm currently trying to set up the same thing. If you have a "pending" EFT with them then you have to call and cancel.

Good luck.

Look in the Neteller rules. The only thing that has changed is that you can't transfer to and from gaming sites. They have viable ways to get your money out including paying $5 to have them send you a check.

Neteller has been making a lot of excuses but from what i heard, the FBI has confiscated the funds...so our money is not withheld, and i have no clue when we would get it back...According to one article i read, the agent from FBI mentioned like this..."some people may get their $ back"...so apparently not everybody will...so fked up....i am so indignated....if they gonna prohibit, at least let us know abt it and let us cash out our $, yeah? I got a little over 1k...but i heard of people with over 30k....
