Yes. Today, he did NOT see his shadow, which means there will be an early spring this year!

Since 1886, Phil has seen his shadow 96 times, hasn't seen it 15 times and there are no records for nine years. The last time Phil failed to see his shadow was in 1999.

he came out but my Leupold Vari X was held about 2 inches over the hole. I touched the 3 lb pull of my A bolt in triple 2 Bag.
a resounding crack and a puff of smoke from 500 yards and that is one chuck that wont see his shadow ever again
