can i get truancy fines if im 18 and attend school in WI?

If you are 18, then no, you cannot get truancy fines. I don't live in WI, but 18-year-olds are not, in any state I've ever lived in, required to go to school. And generally, it is not the students who are fined anyway, it is the parents.

if you attend you should be counted truant....
