Skin moles are generally unattractive growths located on skin. Moles may get extracted through surgery treatment, or with a variety of diy home cures.
Surgery treatment is expensive, being from $150-400 and can produce skin damage. Home remedies usually are affordable and even can easily remove bothersome moles in just a couple of days while not leaving scars.
Home remedies include things like garlic, tea tree oil, or perhaps baking soda and castor oil applied over a few days.

A dermatologist. An atypical mole (the kind that leads to melanoma) must be removed surgically (ie. cutting; leaves a bad scar), and a non-atypical mole can be removed via laser surgery.

it depends... I go to see my dermatologist, but my sister's doctor is a general practitioner who also does surgery and HER doctor was able to remove the mole without having to see a dermatologist.
Check with your doctor and see. Otherwise, visit a dermatologist.
