You pay hundreds of pounds for the TV, than in the UK, the only way to get high-def channels (because if you just plug sky/freeview/analogue into it it makes no difference), is sky HD, which costs £300 for the box, £60 installation, £10 a month, than to get no movies/sports and only 2 'mix's is another £15....
And UK is turning digital only, not high def, so there's no reason to get it?
Am I right here?

I did forget that if you have an xbox 360, or ps3, than you need HD
