I am a god, but not the God, so everybody collective thoughts constitutes who and what God is because God is the one that created us all, but Satan also twisted the works of God so much that many people never come to the knowledge of what is true because of all the voices in the world today they cannot discern what is true and what is false so they choose NO PATH at all.
In the Bible he is the man that buried his money, because he was afraid what his Lord would do to him if he lost it.
Also most of mankind is so lonely and hurting they do not care to hear God's voice to help others because they are in too much trouble and pain of their own. There are many scriptures for all of this but I will not burden the heathens with such things.
I will give you the Bible Law ONLY; John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
If you want to have happiness, joy, peace, love, long suffering, patience or anything at all GOOD then learn what is TRUE so the clouds of confusion go away from your life and you can reach your goals and be happy.

being a christian...one misunderstanding people have is that im blindly following God. ive been studying for a few years now, and in my mind christianity makes the most logical sense, and from what ive felt, ive chosen to follow Jesus. also, to those out there that believe that all christians are comdemning annoyances that just want to make u feel like your evil...thats not all christians...that is again putting all christians into a group, which you cannot do (other than by the name christian). yes i am a christian, no i will not shove it down your thoat, but if your willing to hear it, then i will tell.

That if you believe in God, you are religious. Excuse me, but isn't following Buddha and being Jewish religious? By the way, I am not religious. Jesus taught AGAINST the religious leaders of that time! If you want to bash a persons beliefs, make sure you know what you are talking about. You don't know unless you have tried. I don't agree with other peoples beliefs, but I don't bash them for it. I guess I'm ranting a little. Sorry. Thanks for the question.

That Wiccans/Pagans are evil and believe in the devil. Since there is no Devil in our faith we don't believe in him. For us he does not exist. Also we hear a lot of my god is better than yours.
No one knows that and for me its not true. But they still saying it like they are better than everyone. We are judged on a daily basis. Told we are going to hell. When we try to defend ourselves they vote us down. They do not notice that we often help defend them in what they are saying. It shows that just because we are not Christian does not mean we did not read the bible. We often quote it better than more Christians do.
Still it does not matter what they thin because one day they will be judged and not my me or anyone other human and they we have to answer to someone about why they did judge others

I am Roman Catholic. I see two major misunderstandings. For some reason many Protestants seem to believe we are not Christians, which is strange. I also see some atheists who seem to believe that anyone that believes in God is stupid, which is prejudiced. Unfortunately many people prefer to talk about people instead of with people.

I think the image of "some dumb kid on drugs" when the reality is I'm a 29 year old male with a college degree, a great job, a wife and a son, well,

stereotypes suck.

I think others misbelieve that my religion (CHristianity) is filled with evil-minded, intolarent, drooling idiots who don't care a wit beyond the bible and think everyone is going to hell if they don't convert right this minute. THis blinds them to the good people who don't act like that.

It's a phenomenon that most people interpret Buddhism and words used within Buddhist philosophy and teachings through a narrow, dualistic, Western-philosophy lens and then wind up not understanding what they're reading, then bash us based on that.

They assume I believe in god when I ask hypothetical questions about god. They assume I think that members of groups all think the same way. I guess I could clarify those in every question but that would get tedious.

For others: do you spend so much time here that people have ideas about what you really believe?
