Is it possible to love someone who broke up with you for six years now. the only contact is via telephone. This is what a friend had told me but i think something more is to that story like for istance a down low relationship is still taking place. What is your view i just don't think it is possibe to still love someone without physical contact in between.

I think you can still love someone without the physical relationship, especially if you were more then a booty call to a person, you have to remember good relationships are built on a foundation of friendship and trust, then you move to the physical side of it!

Yes, I think it is possible to love someone without the physical elements.
Why?
I am still in love with my kids' father and he's been dead for 9 yrs.
We had a special bond that is vastly different from that of the bond shared between my current husband and myself.
Further, my current husband and I are separated geographically due to life's circumstances. He and I have senior parent obligations that keep us apart by 500 miles. Our distant marriage has been this way for nearly ten months, but our bond/love is strong enough to withstand the strong currents that, under normal circumstances, might crumble.
So, yes. This is, indeed, possible.
My thought is that you may miss that certain special bond that you and this person shared for XYZ amount of time until your break up six years ago that will, most likely, never be explored with another. This is natural with all relationships of every level.
Relationships are like snowflakes. No two are alike.

It is not as though she did not know him. If she has be talking to him for some time, she can know him more them some, who meet a guy, one night, and sleep with him the same night, who knows what you are getting! If the people are honest, then, I guess they can end up knowing more about each other.

yeah you can love someone with distance. Its probably even the best kind of love because you dont just want to look at her *** or have sex with her all the time. You can actually carry and enjoy a conversation with her.
