YOU CAN LOOK IT UP ON LINE .JUST TYPE IN YOUR COUNTY COURT HOUSE NAME .THEN LOOK UP THAT PERSONS NAME.

Well legally no. But you can go to the local police department and ask for case files. But in order to get those case files you have to know the case number. Legally you have to pay to do a criminal background check. It's not to expensive. it ranges from 10.00 to 100.00 depending on what type of information you are seeking.

You can go to your state's SLED website and look it up. You will have to pay of course and you will need information on the person you are searching for (i.e. SSN, Full name, etc.)

Maybe in your (state).gov they have inmate lookup and sometimes it shows their rap sheet, the other sites charge you for that info.
