I really think I have a problem with jealousy. My girl gets hit on by the mail courier at her work twice a day and it's driving me nuts. I think it would drive any guy nuts but I ended up taking it out on her which was just wrong. Also, every time we go out to a latin bar or restaurant the bartender or waitstaff always hits on her because she is very beautiful andshe's fluent in Spanish and talks to them. They do it right in front of me because I'm as white as they come and they don't think I speak Spanish. None of this is her fault and I always end up taking it out on her. Guys are always going to want to nail my girlfriend and I now that, that's just the way it is. Has anyone ever been really jealous and found out a way to get over it?

Jealousy will definitely drive her away from you and drive you insane, believe me I've been where you are. This girl is with you not the other guys, what could be more flattering that having a woman desired by so many men and you are the only one who's holding her hand? There is no harm in your girlfriend talking to other guys and even flirting a little bit, you will be more of a man if you just learn to accept that everyone does it, it's a natural thing, surely you flirt with other girls...
If you are confident in yourself and learn to feel comfortable in situations like that she will appreciate it and admire your attitude, there's nothing more attractive in a partner than being confident and this will make her feel lucky to be with you just like you should feel for being with her.
On the other hand...
Do you flirt with other girls when she's with you? If you don't I suggest you do it in a light hearted way and see what her reaction is, sometimes being hit by the same wave makes one think twice about one's own actions ; ) Good luck!

This is about you, not her. You think, or know, ur not trustworthy and ur projecting it onto her. She is not doing anything wrong, just being social. Do you want her eyes downcast and unhappy?
Would u like for her to be insanely jealous? You will end up wanting to control her every move and she will feel smothered and lose her. Is that what you want?
Sorry to be tough on you, but its either stop it or lose her. Which do you prefer?

You've got to find a way to get over it. My husband is jealous, and it bothers me because I do nothing to deserve it. You need to be proud of who you are with, and not have bad feelings when someone else is envious of you for having a great woman.

Hell yes. But then just think-who's going home with her? Who knows just the way she likes her bath? Who knows that certain spot that.... I used to be jealous but just think of it that way. Think to yourself "Sure Diego-flirt all you want! I'll be in bed with her in 2 hours, chump!" Oh, and do you speak Spanish? Just curious.

it means you choose the right girl who everyone likes to be with. However, you really must do some self-improvement. Be more confident and talk with people as well........and to be honest, she should include you into conversation.
