the pharmacy carries stuff called Hurricane- it's a topical analgesic... forget anbesol, that Hurricane stuff numbs you up like CRAZY. And take a dose of tylenol/acetominophen

You Should Try Warm Water Mixed With Salt My Dentist Made Me Do That When I Got My Wisdom Teeth Extracted:) Not Sure If It Was To Stop The Bleeding Or Soothe The Pain.Hope I Helped!

best and quick remedy is CLOVES apply clove oil or take few cloves chew them and place on the tooth with pain,it relives pain very quickly.
