How can I sell my hardneck garlic crop?

How large is the crop? If it's small contact local restaurants in your area. If it's a large crop contact grocers or produce stores. Is there a Farmer's Market or even a Flea Market near by. You could sell it there yourself or sell to people who already have produce stands.

You can post your garlic crop on craigslist.com.
If you have a farmer's market or something similar nearby, you can try to set up a stall there.
