The way I understand his healing abilities. Was not a physical healing. However more of a spiritual one. Like the woman with the blood issue. The scripture states she was healed by faith. Doesn't say she was cured. Good question. Have a Bless Day.

He did "fix" those problems He chose to "fix". Thus proving who He is and where He came from. He was like no other, He was THE messiah.
That did not mean there would be no death or sickness or lameness. He was trying to make a point, did you miss the point?
Jesus came and died so that we would have redemption from sin. Luke 23:26-49
Could you do the same? I know I could not. We are weak, He is strong. All He wants is a real relationship with each of us. I for one do not think that is too much to ask for. Prayer is a part of that. Matthew 6:5-15
Sin is the reason for all the ills of this world. They will be resolved when He comes again. Matthew 24:27
Will you be leaving with Him? Read John 3:16-21
Hope this helps to clarify things!

Christ performed His miracles to show the people of the time that He was not just another man claiming to be the Messiah. Only God could turn water into wine; Only God could feed 5000 people with two loaves of bread and five fish. Christ performed these and a few other miracles so that people would spread His Word. That was 2000 years ago and we still tell the stories, so I guess it worked...

Those problems go away in heaven. You can get to heaven through Christ... Jesus was not showing off he was trying to lead people to salvation so that they could get to heaven one day and not ever have to deal with these problems again. Jesus didn't come to earth to fix those problems! The ones who he did help, it was to learn something from it...

He doesn't get rid of things like that....He healed the lepers who asked him. He made the lame walk, He raised people from the dead. He wasn't showing off,
Why do you keep asking?.....why don't you spend some time in prayer and ask Him what it is you are really trying to find out? I'll be praying that you find it. (and Him)

Jesus was displaying on a small, temporary scale what he will accomplish when the Kingdom removes all wickedness from the earth as he is ruling in full kingdom power.
Isaiah 33:24
Isaiah 35:1-10
John 5:28, 29
Acts 24:15
Revelation 21:3-5
That will be done when the prayer is answered: "Thy Kingdom come; they will be done on earth as it is in heaven." - Matthew 6:9, 10.

He was helping individuals. He was not 'showing off', but He was showing Who He was through His actions - He was still rejected, though, by many. Even after witnessing miracles, the Pharisees asked for a sign - such it is with many of us - we need 'signs' - but Jesus said the sign would be His death and resurrection. Salvation is through Christ Jesus alone - you have the facts - it's your decision on how to act upon them.

No where in the Bible does it say He fixed these problems for anyone other than the people who were the subject of the miracle.

He never claimed to eliminate these things from planet earth He just proved that He has the power. Are people still dead? Yes, if your not saved you are dead in your sin. But if you are saved then you will live forever. Praise the Lord!
