If I understand the question correctly, you are asking if a shaman is more powerful than a sorcerer or a demon...

Shamans are "medicine men", "witch doctors" and so on and are employed within cultures to ensure the physical and spiritual well-being of the people within a given community. Their existence is based on the simple fact that they are more powerful than the majority of "demons" which can possess/afflict an individual or group. This is, however, simply an expression of the desire for people to conquer fear of the unknown.

As for sorcerers, these were the equivalent of "witches" and "alchemists" and were more involved in the practice of herbology and chemical experiments....

There is no real answer .. it's all subjective, as the terms are very much contextual.

Boy do you have a warped idea of what shamanism is about. I don't believe in "demons" nor "sorcerers" in the sense you put forth. Shamanism is about using the natural energies about us to help people in various ways, such as healing, divination, finding things, etc., not some fictional warpath with fictional characters. There are many good resources about what shamanism is all about. I think you would benefit from study before further commentary.

You should be sticking this under mythology and folklore, not religion.
