If you get regular headaches chances are there is something else wrong. In females it can be a hormone balance issue. Headaches may also be caused from poor spine alignment, this is sometimes known as a tension heahache. In order to control the problem perhaps a Physical Therapist or Chiroprator should be sought out to have you spinal alignment examined. If you are not comfortable with the above listed professional then perhaps talking to your own doctor about headache may be the answer.

Caffine helps Migrains. That's actually one of the main ingredients in the OTC migraine medications. But you don't have to buy the OTC medications. Just make yourself a very strong cup of coffee. No sugar or if you need to have sugar, just add a little. Turn the lights out tell everyone to be quite and lay down in your bed. If that doesn't work you should buy Excedrin Migraine. That's the only thing that works for me and my husband.

Excedrin is nothing more than a tylenol tablet combined with an aspirin tablet. So just pick up a bottle of aspirin and a bottle of tylenol and take one of each for every excedrin tablet you used to take. Problem solved.
