I have tried the expensive tear stuff on the market doesn't work. i would not try the tea.
But you might try vasaline under the eye's that is what the show dog people do. I use vasaline lip therapy because it is not as thick. And just wash the eyes a little more often with just water.

There are inexpensive products, such as "Eye Envy" to remove tear stains safely. Just check at your local pet store.

i would be careful with that, if you dog has any unknown allergies chamomile could be deadly. in humans, if they have to ragweed it could put them into anaphylactic shock

tear stains, i didnt think tears did that .
