No...
since most hot sauces are primarily vinegar, salt and mashed peppers.
It's probably one of those foods that are negative calories... where it takes more calories to digest it than contained in the food itself.

What do you mean by hot sauce? Do you mean hot chocolate sauce? If yes, then you will get fat if you drink it regularly. If you are talking of hot curry sauce then no as many do drink it in india as a part of the meal.

Probably not, but too much of any food isn't good for you. You might not get fat, but there are undoubtedly other problems associated with too much. Although you can probably consume quite a bit of the stuff before anything happens, unless you're sensitive to it. And yes, it would depend on the particular hot sauce, and whether you drink it by itself or with something else.
God bless.

It depends on the hot sauce in all honesty.
Some hot sauces contain sugar, and oils, while others are just pure ground up peppers and vinegar.
I love hot sauce, but wouldn't drink it.

I've been drinking hot sauce for years, and I'm not fat.
Sometimes I burst into flames, however.

I believe hot sauce is low in fat because it's just finely crushed cayenne powder shook up in water, but you might get some indigestion or heartburn.
