Honey, I don't think there are any tricks or cheats for growing out your hair. You just have to wait. I have known people to take pre-natal vitamins because it makes their nails and hair grow faster; but there are no guarantees; and really, who knows what else it would do to your body?

The healthier you are the quicker your hair grows so the best way to get your hair to grow out super quick is to take multi vitamins....
Making sure the hair is in good condition too helps to stop breakage etc so deep conditioning treatments help in that sense.

the best thing is to alwys trim it about a half inch every 3 months, dont brush it wet cause it breaks the hair and kep it moisturized...i have waist length blonde hair, it takes some care but well worth it

Mane and tail shampoo and conditonar you can buy them from wlamart in the pet secetion for $5 a bottle

Keep it free from products that weigh it down. Trim it a tiny bit every six weeks.

Don`t cut more than three cms. when you go to the hairstyler.
Something very very effective is to use a plant called "SAPUYULO" , but it depends on your location, I don`t know if you hace Sapuyulo in North America

use that horse shampoo, mane and tail. plus use a scalp massager and i hear pulling your hair really really hard works too!

You can't really speed up your hair growth. Just have patience is all I can say.
