Congratulations on giving up!

See your Dr to see if they feel medication can alleviate your skin problem.

Otherwise, a diet and maybe supplemtents rich in Vitamin C. Ample Vit C is essential for healthy skin.
Lots of fruit generally as well as loads of water.

There are coverup creams that you could also apply to the worst bits, before your skin really starts to regenerate more fully. I have scars and use some on those, but the same principle applies. Pop into boots to see what they have - ask in the ladies makeup section. I'm not sure what people use to mask tattoos, but that could be worthwhile too.

Otherwise, after cleansing, apply a good moisturiser containing a sun filter, such as SPF15. This will help prevent further damage, caused by sunlight.

Good luck! Rob

there isn't a whole lot you can do the damage is done and you will have to live witht he consequences. one thing that might help some is a natural drink that helps the skin and cleanse the body. its been known to reduce varicoise veins or completely get rid of them.

mix the following into 10 ounces of purified water, drink 2-3 times a day.

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey or splenda
1-2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice, according to taste

You could ask a doctor. I think drinking enough water and eating a healthy diet might help. What you put on your inside will affect your outside! Your skin's an organ, and needs water and nutrients to perform at optimum levels just like your kidney or liver would.

Exfoliate your skin with salt and honey, also an at home chemical peel is an excellent way to begin, without the expenses of a Dr.

Drinking too much alcohol causes your capillaries to restrict and then they appear like tiny tiny red lines underneath your skin, usually on cheeks and nose. You can get your dermatologist to fix them with a laser.

Also, try using a blue tinted power over your skin, the blue counteracts with the red and makes it less noticeable. Neutrogena makes a great one.

some questions of my very own. Are those male, or female, Siamese twins which you seek for? How some distance aside could those countries might desire to be? in case you went, with Father Riley, grew to become into it your "rectury basement" that he went into "one time"? if so, then you quite are not pregnant, in straightforward terms hopeful. in this respond, replace the "ry" blend with the letter "m". Dang, you're hilarious.

If you continue to drink, it's not going to make any difference.

Take care of your biggest problem first, and then worry about the Small stuff. Anything cosmetic is small stuff.
