i used to be a cutter & now i have alot of scars up my arm, some of them are still red, is there any way to get rid of them or make them unnoticable by summer without having to pay alot of money?? thanks..

You can try using Vitamin E oil or Mederma but if they are older scars it might be too late. I'm sorry about that!

Try using Mederma or generic OTC scar gel containing Allium extract for 3 to 6 months.

No. They are permanent. Some creams or vitamin E ointment may help with their appearance, but it's a temporary resolution. Only time will help diminish them but they will never disappear without cosmetic surgery.

try rubbing yogurt on them
try olive oil at night
try egg whites
honey may work

mederma helps a ton, i just had 4 surgeries and my dr. told me to get that!
