I would say 1 hr, to maybe 1.5 hr, depending on weather, traffic, how fast you drive, etc.

This is an interesting manoeuvre by Jim. The decision on the sale is based on the bankruptcy courts decision. If the NHL refuses to allow the move the offer falls through and the courts could force the NHL to match the offer. That means a league with at least 5 other franchises in financial difficulty would have to come up with $218 million to meet the court requirements. The $7.5 million each could bankrupt three or four other franchises. Thus the whole game would start all over again. The question about territorial rights has never been questioned in court. This would be a landmark case that could possibly be the downfall of the NHL monopoly. Would another 24 league governors accept a team in Southern Ontario making a profit and not needing transfer payments be better than a money pit in Arizona. Sorry Coyote fans but you had your chance, this is inevitable.
