I did this question to my boyfriend and he didn't want to talk about this topic to me, but if we are a couple why don't talk about it

I think it's important for couples to be able to talk about stuff like that. If you are intimate with him, I think it's a point of interest for you to know about his first time, what he thought about it, what his feelings towards sex are now, etc. There's nothing wrong with trying to have a sense of where he's coming from.
If you have a complete feel for his stance on the matter at hand, then every sexual experience in the future can be great because you will know how his sexuality evolved.
Good Luck!

I understand both sides. He may not want to hurt you by telling you the situation when he thinks you may not really want to hear that it was great or whatever, but on the other hand, I understand how you would want to know, because you are in a relationship with him and it kind of becomes your business. If you truely don't think that the truth will hurt, reassure him that it won't hurt you and that you actually have a right to know about his sexual past.

Yes, you and your boyfriend are a couple, BUT, I think it is better for your relationship with him to not discuss on ANY level, past lovers. Especially previous "experiences."

It can lead to unhealthy things in relationships. First of all, when you get into arguments, past lovers names will come up eventually and that leads to bitter, resentful, nasty, and unnecessary fights.

Just live in the present and pretend as if prior to your relationship with him, there was no past.

I don't think it is bad because you should get all information that you can about his sexual history. It is important that you know so that you can better protect yourself. And if he gets mad that must mean that he's not ready to open to you and that might not be a good thing. So don't put yourself down because you wanted to know about his first time.

No, I don't think it's bad to be curious or to ask about that.

I think maybe your boyfriend is being a little sensative.

You might want to figure out why he doesn't want to talk about it. Could be he had a bad experience....or it could be he lied to you and is really a virgin!

It's none of your business. And you're probably the type who demands to know all the intimate details, gets angry if he doesn't tell, then when you finally break him down and hear all about it, you get mad and jealous and won't stop thinking about it. Don't even go there.

Why would you care about his first time or how was it?? Whatever happened before you should not concern you! If he tells you, then you will always be thinking about it and comparing or wondering if it was better than what you have or not.

Some people feel it is a very personal subject, and will not talk about it. My husband won't, and it's ok with me.
