that's not surprising. the words "inquisition" and "inquisitor", at least when used in connection to the RC church, seem to be synonymous with "atrociously evil."

Again, it is hard to take you seriously when you can't tell an inquisitor from a conquistador.

And, yes, I DO have to cite sources for the Holocaust, because few believe me when I mention the millions of Catholics that were killed.

Considering the Inquisitions ended centuries ago and there are still those alive who lived through the Holocaust, citing sources for Inquisition seems more necessary as there are no eyewitnesses.

The Inquisitions and the Holocaust do share one thing: they are, perhaps, the best self-documented atrocities in history.

If it doesn't fit into their "facts" it must be wrong and if it is proved to be "fact" then it was not the true way.That's their excuse and they are sticking by it.Denial is such a wondrous thing.
