I recently downloaded from MS Internet Explorer 7; I was running
version 6. The message in the blue box at the top says: "SmartB ridge Alert: Motive SB. exe.--Entry Point Not Found Underneath is a red button X. Next to the X it says: The procedure entry point Ger ProcessImag File Name could nodt be located in th dynamic link library PSAPI,DLL, I can close this error box and have not been able to figurei out where the problem is yet. Any assistance I can get diagnosing this problem will be apprecaited. Thanks in advance.

this Problem is caused by an AT&T broadband application form what i read on the internet.
Goto Control Panel and open Add remove Programs. Uninstall the program it's probably under AT&T Or Verizon or whoever your broadband provider is.
If you are not sure whether you should or not, contact your broadband service providers support line and see if they have a fix or know how to fix it. Check the sources below for other possible fixes.
