Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims,Etc. What was the country founded on? Are forefathers in history.

And i believe everybody has that right to believe in what they want , Just dont try to change what this country was built on, and peace goes on. Simple as that.

Christians Catholics out number any other religion. 900 million earth wide. About 1 million Islamic religion with no affiliation to the Shiite or Sunni sect. They are mostly black Americans from Louis Fara-can. 600 Islamic centers in the USA and dwindling to less every year.
Judaism is the next largest religion in the USA after Christendom.
100,000 Buddhists and dwindling. in the USA
All religious faiths are getting less participation in the USA.

I think the majority religion is the lack of one. Based on my personal experience working in a company with a lot of people, in 2 different cities. Just judging by my observations, I would say that the majority of the people don't subscribe to any particular religion. They may say that they believe in God, or they were raised in a Christian home, or Catholic, but by their actions, I'd say that they don't really believe it. Look at our media, there isn't evidence of a true belief in God. They either ignore Him completely or they ridicule Him. Stats claim very high Christianity numbers, but I don't see the fruit of true Christianity in the US.

I think our country was founded by men who believed in God, they used His teachings as the foundational principles in writing our constitution.

CNN a few months back stated that Christians are the majority, at over 81%.

Since its inception, the US has been a predominantly Christian (in all forms) country that has had the wisdom NOT to establish a national church or religion.
