I don't know if there really is a limit to how much milk you should drink but I do know it's loaded with calcium and you may want to watch how much calcium you take in. It could cause you some unwanted problems. Check out the website I listed below for more info.

Actually, milk is not all that good for you. Studies have shown that it depletes calcium from your bones then build bones. The US has the highests bouts of osteoporsis than any other country and we consume the most cow's milk.

I would suggest you get off milk and take a bone supplment that not does have calcium in it. Ask your local nutritionist about specific supplements that have nutrients to build strong bones. Or drink soy milk - but stay away from cow's milk. I do!

Milk is very healthy and I think its nothing wrong drinking it . I don't think that there is a limit. But, remember, sometimes milk can't replace water, so, try to drink both water and milk. ps. If u are so good at drinking milk, try to brake a world record in... I don't know, drinking it... hope I helped...

If you are drinking low fat or fat free milk and not gaining lots of weight, there should be nothing wrong with it. But you should also drink water, as it is needed for metabolism.
