Istin tablets?

Can anyone tell me what happens if you stop taking Istin (amlpdapine) tablets?

"Do not suddenly stop taking amlodipine. Ask your prescriber or health care professional how you can gradually reduce the dose"

the website provided in the link below gives the above advice. much better to talk to your gp / ring nhs direct than get misinformed on here xxx
