Not unless your name is on the account. The bank might be willing to waive this rule if your sister's account is in good standing. Have her call their customer service to see if it will be allowed. Good luck.

No, it will cause an error and a delay in your refund. Some firms offer a "card" that you can have your return down loaded on and they have been in use several years and most people like them and have had success. As with everything else, there can be a glitch and have problems, but not so much now.
