Uh, if telepathy actually exists then it is a natural ability given by God, Goddess or whomever you see as your creator. So, why would it be a tool of the devil?
I suppose it could be used by an evil person for an evil purpose. But then again so could a car. Is a car the devils tool?

The least successful area of science has been the human mind. We have not made much progress in understanding the human mind. But for those who believe in the miracles that a human mind can be able to do, telepathy does exist !
And for others too, it should not be really hard to accept a possibility of existance of telepathy because we all know we sometimes see what someone is thinking and it can be so clear ! I believe we do use telepathy subconsciously and in an immatured way. Someday we might just find out how to do it deliberately and effectively !
And thanks to sceince, of course.

Not a tool of the Devil. Totally natural.
Telepathy is supported by Quantum Mechanics under the Quantum entanglement theory. That is two objects can affect each other without being in contact (albeit on a sub-atomic level).
Quantum entanglement can also explain the possible application of teleportation and psychokinetics.
I think there are lots of levels of communication that are non-verbal. All are totally natural. Have you ever walked into a bar and felt immediately threatened, without knowing why? Then all of a sudden, a fight breaks out.
Totally natural - and very useful.

Telepathy is a bad idea. Being able to read other peoples' minds would be psychic hell for both regular people and telepaths. One could hear the worst thoughts, be privy to forbidden secrets, and introduced to all kinds of pain. And no privacy either.

Telepathy is mental communication?
All animals have a language. It takes getting to know a pet to understand it.
The devil also plants thoughts, many times by recall, by throwing a negative situation, that triggers the mind to recall a negative thought or a past hurt or rejection.
I have heard that the devil can't read our minds if we are born of God. God does read our minds and also gives dreams & visions.
But one can think the devil knows our thoughts because he is tricky. He will bring a thought to ones minds by circumstances. It is a recall trigger. Many things can cause recall, even the sense of smell.
If you think something, the animal can't read your thoughts. But, if you understand the animals language, you can talk back to the animal so the animal understands. I know my pet cat knows when I am sad.
Also my grand girl got scratched by her cat and came to me crying saying the cat scratched her. Bruce (cat) came up to us and I told him he wasn't suppose to scratch my grand girl. I told Bruce to tell her he was sorry. She was still crying. Bruce rubbed her legs and licked her hand where he scratched her. Then nosed her hand and rubbed her legs again. I believe he is a smart cat & understood me. He kept apologizing.

Why would we need or want to talk to animals? Their mystery and knowledge is for mere mortals to observe and learn from, not get easy answers from. There is no Devil, so the answer is in your own mind. Telepathy works for those who use their natural powers. We all possess it.....

There is no 'scientific explanation' of telepathy, because there is no hard, verifiable evidence that telepathy actually exists outside of sci fi books and the minds of the credulous.

A soul of a man introduced himself to me one night. I wont go into much detail, but he spoke to me a few words and yes he spoke threw his mind his lips didn't move. i understood clearly what he said and it was what you call telepathy. Oh by the way he wasn't a Christian and he was suffering intensely for what he did on earth, reap what you sew.

Most animals have telepathy but us humans have thought we were too good for that sort of thing and it atrophied. But it is still there.
