2 minutes

First is the pushup, then the situp, finished with a 2m run.

There are circumstances where alternate events can be taken. For more information on the Army's PT program, consult AR 350-1, Chapter 1, Section 24 (used to be section 21) (starts on page 11), and FM 21-20

Rawlings has the links that you need to look at. Having spent plenty of time grading the APFT, you must remember that it is not just that you have 2 minutes to complete as many push-ups and sit-ups as possible, but that these must be performed correctly to military standard. I've seen people do 60 or 70 push-ups in the 2 minute time frame but only get credit for app. 40 because they were not done to standard.
