You can access the Otherworld. Ghosts and spirits exist but not all of them are nice.
Just a thought but don't take a walk on that side through astral projection. You never know what might happen. Maybe nothing, maybe something really bad. Its not worth it. You're a spirit there and you won't be able to defend yourself if any of the other spirits come after you for any reason.

There have been connections between Lucid Dreaming and Waking dreams and OBE's and Astral Projection, many people think that a person just dreamt a OBE but there is more to OBE's and Astral Projection than most people understand, Lucid Dreaming can induce a OBE if the person doing the dreaming has a disciplined enough mind, see the conscious mind controls the sub conscious mind in a Lucid Dream state and when you can control you sub conscious mind you can do incredible thing with your mind.
