If each and all the advice is in one workbook, yet scattered in the time of quite a few tabs, the simplest way is to tell the cellular to mirror the contents of a particular cellular on yet another web site. The meathod I used develop into to variety the "=" and then, whilst down the clicking on the tab the place the advice is, then click on the particular cellular. (occasion below) =January!C999 the comparable may well be carried out with distinctive workbooks. you may the two variety it out longhand, or have the two workbooks open on the comparable time, click on the cellular you want the advice in, insert the "=" sign, pick the different workbook, and specifc cellular you want to tug the advice from. whilst i'm conscious that there is a thank you to do it, i individually don't be attentive to a thank you to...i be attentive to you may pull all archives jointly and format it into the suited cells promptly, even from diverse archives configurations. good success!

I can think of two methods. The first is to "merge" the workbooks into one, then create the PivotTable. The second is to create a PivotTable in a fourth workbook, using external data sources and selecting the other workbooks.
